FREQUENTLY ASKED

  • Yes. We offer both telehealth and in-person sessions for therapy and Executive Functioning Coaching. Virtual sessions are private, secure, and designed to deliver the same quality of care as in-person meetings.

  • Yes, for most patients, virtual therapy and coaching work beautifully and can offer convenience to those who live outside the area or manage busy schedules. With that said, some patients have difficulty being fully present or paying attention during virtual sessions. Speak with your clinician to determine the best modality for you.

  • Yes. You’re welcome to reach out between sessions if something comes up. Just send me a text message, and I will respond as soon as possible. For emergencies, such as having acute thoughts of harm to yourself or others, please go to your nearest emergency room.

  • Most clients meet with me weekly or every other week. When possible, I recommend starting with weekly sessions for at least the first four weeks to help establish a strong foundation and build momentum in our work together.

That said, therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. We’ll discuss what frequency makes the most sense for your goals, schedule, and needs—and we’ll continue checking in over time to make sure it still feels like the right fit.

  • The length of therapy really depends on you. Some clients are looking for shorter-term support to work through a specific challenge, while others want to build a longer-term therapeutic relationship. Both paths are welcome here, and we’ll collaborate to find what works best for you.Item description
