INDIVIDUAL & FAMILY THERAPY

Feel more like yourself again—or discover who that really is.

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or out of sync?

When life feels heavy or uncertain, therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what’s underneath. Maybe old patterns keep resurfacing, or your family feels more disconnected than close. You don’t have to navigate it alone.

Individual and family therapy offers tools and support to help you meet challenges with clarity, strength, and self-awareness. Using evidence-based approaches, we tailor our work to your goals—whether you’re working through trauma, adjusting to change, or rebuilding communication at home.

We focus on the system—not just the symptoms. When one person struggles, the ripple effects are real. We help families restore connection, resolve conflict, and support each other more effectively.

THE PROCESS

Step 1 | Complimentary 15-minute phone Consultation

We start with a free 15-minute phone consultation to learn more about what’s bringing you in, answer questions, and make sure we’re a good fit.

Step 2 |  Initial Session

In your first session, we’ll explore what’s happening in your relationship, your shared goals, and what each of you needs to feel safe and supported in therapy.

Step 3 | The work begins

We typically meet weekly or every other week. Sessions are focused, interactive, and goal-oriented. We use proven tools to help you strengthen communication, repair ruptures, and reconnect emotionally.
